Personal Training & Private Yoga Sessions

With this package I work with you in person, taking into consideration your current physical state and any previous injuries in order to build a fitness plan that motivates you and keeps you on track with your goals.

The plan can either be entirely strength training (a combination of weight training, TRX and bodyweight exercises), a combination of strength training + yoga, or exclusively yoga.

A questionnaire of your physical assessment & current habit analysis and an initial in-person meeting to discuss your goals is available pre-purchase for free!

This package includes:

  • In person training (60 or 90 minutes)

  • A custom plan to keep you motivated and progressing towards your set goals.

  • A copy of each training for your records to use outside of our sessions together

  • A workout style that suits you: solely strength training, strength training + yoga, or exclusively yoga

  • Continuous communication to answer any questions and modify the program as needed.

  • Materials on new areas of health and fitness to stay up to date with current research.

This package is limited to those who currently reside in Brussels.

Personalized Meal Plan + copy of my recipe ebook

A customized meal plan based on your bio-indivudal needs and fitness goals.

A food questionnaire of dietary habits and preferences will be emailed to you upon request. Following this questionnaire, a Skype call will be set up to discuss the details of your plan. Both the questionnaire and the call are free.

This package includes:

  • A detailed custom meal plan with recommended grocery list, 3 meals a day + snacks and a copy of my recipe ebook filled with recipe inspiration to get you started on the right track

  • A timeline determined by you with the option to modify throughout

  • Consistent communication throughout the duration of the program with weekly check-ins via email or Skype.

  • Additional health tips to accelerate your progress and keep you motivated.

This package is available to anyone, though meetings will be in person for those currently residing in Brussels.
